Developed and injection moulded in optical quality PMMA, these lenses collimate an optical beam emitted by a cluster or group of 4 to 12 high power leds. The grooves have a pitch of 1 mm and angles varying from 20° to 67°. Angles are square tooth root angles.

Our quality level: the radius at tooth tip is ≤ 50 µm, roughness is ≤ 10 ηm.
