Prototyping

Gaggione has a longstanding culture of prototyping injected parts in thermoplastics.

This stage makes it possible to test a concept, a product, a function or a market with reliable products at the lowest possible cost.

These prototypes can be made via several processes: in stereolithography, by conventional individual machining with or without polishing, depending on applications, or again by diamond machining on our Moore FG350 4-axs machine.

Another very attractive solution for optical components: prototype cavity production in our Gaggione holding blocks.

We also offer a modelling service for luxury or packaging products.

For customization of our standard mini-cases and carrying cases, before batch production we very often make standard parts using the tool, to ensure customer satisfaction.
