Pad printing

Pad printing is a technique consisting of using a flexible silicone pad to transfer the ink contained in the ink cell of a plate. Gaggione uses pad printing for appearance parts, mainly curved in shape, or for very precise markings. We use this technology for telephony, payment terminals, household appliances, promotional items and standard cases injection moulded in PMMA.

We have several pad printing machines with closed double cup systems. We maintain a technology watch and study new techniques on a regular basis in order to improve our delivery times and productivity.
