Our engineering office carried out the optical design. This is a network of spherical micro lenses positioned on a 3D form.

Gaggione also handled the mechanical design.

This part is injected in PC then decorated by hot stamping on its inside face.

Quality level: ≤ 30 µm form faults and roughness ≤ 20 ηm.
