This component is a key part in an optical combination for luminous flux homogenization.

We built a prototype cavity, making it possible to produce a hundred parts in three weeks for a limited investment.

Advantage: validation of the optical and mechanical concept with components produced under actual production conditions.

Injected part in optical quality PMMA or PC. The network consists of micro lenses - R 1.7 mm, pitch 1.3 mm. After moulding, treatment with a SURCOTEC anti-reflection coating applied by evaporation.
