The final product uses high power leds. The optical combination consists of two plates with a convex and concave structure.

These optical structures fit perfectly together when the networks are in contact. The movement of one plate in relation to the other gives narrow beams in varying widths.

Injection moulded parts in optical quality PMMA. Gaggione then performs UV bonding onto metal mechanisms purchased from suppliers approved by the end customer.

Quality level: ≤ 20 µm form faults and roughness ≤ 20 ηm.
