A prototype cavity was housed in a holding block belonging to Gaggione. This allowed our customer to test the photometry in actual conditions.

As the project was attractive, a definitive tool was produced for a freeform lens cluster fully meeting market demands.

Part moulded in optical quality PMMA.

Quality level: ≤ 60 µm form faults and roughness ≤ 10 ηm.
