Embedded lighting collimators

This compact collimator (Ø 15 x H 10 mm) for lighting the passenger table (400 x 400 mm) is moulded in PMMA.

It is integrated into a restrictive mechanical environment using 3W high power leds.

Optical study with the aim of reducing dazzle (UGR < 19). Production of complex output surfaces to obtain an asymmetrical beam.
Construction of a two-cavity tool (right and left).

Quality level: 10 µm form faults and roughness ≤ 10 ηm.

Association of optical, mechanical, appearance, fire resistance and dust and leaktightness functions in the same component. Mid intensity beam, total angle 22° and inclination 4°. Solid part injection moulded in fire-resistant PC.

Execution of optical engineering and participation in mechanical co-design with the customer's technical departments.
Production of a 2 cavity tool.

Quality level: ≤ 20 µm form faults and roughness ≤ 10 ηm.
